The individual problem definitions arising during the project shop are carefully dealt with. Conflict situations are placed aside in order to deal with them with the project team. At the end of the project shop, not only are all participants equipped with practically oriented tools, but they are also better able to deal with challenges related to the project.

The purpose of the project shops is the improvement of the everyday project work, as well as the amelioration of the management of projects. We view the project shops as a way to monitor and advise the participants of a project throughout the ongoing project process.
